PM Shehbaz holds another decisive meeting with Nawaz Sharif on key issues

LONDON: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif held another important meeting with former PM and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif here.

During meeting, matters pertaining to country’s economic situation and measures to improve economy came under discussion. Shehbaz Sharif arrived at Hassan Nawaz’s office for a meeting on third consecutive day. Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah said that visit was extended for one day for further consultation. If Shehbaz Sharif could not reach court tomorrow, he would apply for one day’s absence. Minister said that rising value of dollar is result of economic devastation of previous government, adding that Imran Khan is misleading youth. Talking to media here after meeting, PML-N leaders said that coalition government is facing severe pressure regarding economy but will steer country out of crisis. Federal Minister for Planning Ahsan Iqbal said that coalition government is facing serious pressure and difficulties due to economic situation. He said that former PM and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan is polarising inside country and is running a well-organised campaign against institutions. He said that steps are needed to steer country out of crisis, adding that we will take all decisions in consultation with allies. Coalition government will work together to take country out of current crisis,” he added. Rana Sanaullah taking a dig at former PM said that shameless man spread filth for three and a half years.

He said that Nawaz Sharif as party leader gave a thought, adding that country and economy were ruined and were misleading youth.
