Yay or nay: Ivory rules 22nd Lux Style Awards red carpet

It’s that time of year! Who’s who of Pakistani entertainment industry glided down never-ending red carpet at 22nd run of Lux Style Awards. Held at Expo Karachi, bigwigs, dressed to nines, made an appearance for Pakistan’s arguably biggest awards. Evening witnessed myriad of eastern and western outfits and lots of fusion ensembles too. However, pastels and ivories ruled red carpet. Maya Ali clad in matching crop top and fitted skirt with gorgeous train, by Zain Hashmi Yunhi star was sight for sore eyes. Saba Qamar stepped onto red carpet clad in an elaborate cape with ruffles.
Shae Gill chose silk gown with an embellished halterneck and cape to match. Shae chose to keep her hair in a neat bun and her makeup was soft yet glowy. Sarmad Khoosat’s ivory overlapping shirt with matching trousers set perfect look.
Kiran Malik: paired her ivory silk shirt with black thigh-slit skirt. For jewellery, Kiran opted for dainty diamond necklace with an emerald.
Yumna Zaidi donned an ill-fitted matching outfit with sheer cape by Noor’h Gul, which didn’t bring anything new to table.
Fatima Khan donned an ivory pantsuit and an elaborate cape for night. She opted for dark sunnies and matching heels. Hira Khan wore sleek bun with silver heels. Ayesha Omar stunned onlookers with retro 1920s vibe with waved bun and glowy makeup.
Alina Khan chose an embellished peplum with multi-coloured detailing, coupled with plain black silk skirt.
