ISLAMABAD: PML-N leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said Tosha Khana gift is owned by person to whom it is given and not owned by government of Pakistan. He said this while talking to media men outside judicial complex here. He said people are making rounds of accountability courts since years but cases are not being decided.  New Chairman NAB should quash cases of poor people and run cases of politicians without hesitation, he demanded.

My name has come in Toshakhana, he said adding if some gift is given by foreign countries are dignitaries it is deposited in Tosha Khana. Amount has to be paid as per law in order to get this gift.

He held payment amount against Tosha Khana gift is determined by government. If government thinks I obtained gift through wrong way or I have not made payment then it should initiate proceedings against me, he declared.

He underlined we are not making any effort to carve out any new party. Pakistan is self-reliant in terms of political parties. As many as 140 parties are functioning in Pakistan.
