Whoever leaks fact finding report, damages Arshad Sharif case: CJP remarks

Islamabad: Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP) heard case of killing of slain journalist Arshad Sharif who was shot dead Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial remarked that Investigating Officer (IO) should look according to law.
Arshad Sharif council Shaukat Siddique denied fact-finding report leaked by family member of Arshad Sharif, on which CJP Bandial, whoever leaked this report has damaged case. Earlier, mother of slain journalist Arshad Sharif filed miscellaneous petition moved Supreme Court to include Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan and other confidant of former prime minister in her son murder probe.
Five-member larger bench headed by Chief Justice of SC hearing case. Supreme Court issued notices to Attorney General, Ministry of External Affairs and Special JIT. SC had adjourned previous hearing seeking progress report on case.
