Karachi: Chairman Commander Builders, Commander (retd) Muhammad Zakir at a press conference at a local hotel briefed media persons that it is cumbersome for middle and lower middle class people to become owner houses.

City Property EXPO is being held at Karachi Expo Centre from January 20 to 22 January 2023 where scheme is being offered to people on extremely cheaper rates. In Karachi's history a complete apartment scheme is being offered on 100 percent credit in Commander Enclave where one can start living forthwith. This project is located just 3 kilometers away from Malir Cantt/Karachi Airport. It is one of city's beautiful projects.

Zakir mentioned that one million low cost residential units will be constructed in 10 cities under Vision 2040 where five million people would reside. People have started residing at faster pace in Model Project on M9 Motorway where all basic needs are already being comfortably addressed. At present around 350 families are residing in Commander City which is expected to increase upto 1,000 families by end this year. City Property Expo 2023 would be unique in this way because lot of low cost offers to people being offered to buyers who want to bring their dreams come true.

If one can afford to bear Rs 20,000 per month we will give opportunity to become owner of flat. Lowest offer in City Property Expo is offering 2 plus rooms apartment on just Rs 2.2 million. One has to pay Rs. 1.2 million in 4 year time whereas Rs one million would be loan provided by Commander Builder which is payable in 20 years at rate of Rs 10,000 per month. 80 square yards bungalow will be available on just Rs 3.4 million on introducing social scheme. Apart from this, Commercial Project would also be available by title Commander Commercial where a shop will be available on just Rs 2 million only. It is expected that City Property Expo 2023 would play its role to bring ease and comfort for people to acquire/purchase low cost houses.
