Welfare bodies, individuals should come forward for flood affectees like Rahmatullah Sheikh

Karachi: on directives of Administrator DMC east Rahmatullah Sheikh efforts are being continued to help flood affectees in which notable have also started contributing by acknowledging services of DMC. Former Captain of National Cricket team Younus Khan and JDC Chief Zafar Abbas visited camps set up by DMC for flood affectees.

However, DMC has also set up camps at Sachal Goth, Madhu Goth including other places of District. In addition DMC is also continuously distributing food including other essential items among flood affectees. Younus Khan said that patriotism is needed to help people in distress, DMC’s services for flood affectees are appreciable other organisations and individuals should also come forward like Administrator Rehmatullah to help flood affectees . Zafar Abbas said that DMC is providing services to flood affectees which is a great initiative and example for other institutions.  Rahmatullah Sheikh thanked both dignitaries for their cooperation.

He said we are performing our duties for flood affectees as a social responsibility, there is no greater happiness than work for them who are facing difficult time. Director Advertisement Hammad Khan, Director Disaster Management Tauqeer Abbas, Director Parks Agha Sameer and others were also present.
