Famous actress of Pakistan drama industry, Nadia Afgan, says that there is no one in the world who loves more selflessly than a father, but we society never appreciates him.
She appeared in a private podcast show, in which she said, "We never talk about men, especially fathers' service, selfless love, only mothers." The actress said that a man leaves home in the morning to earn a job for his family and comes back at night.
Further actress said that men do not keep anything for themselves and spend everything to meet the needs of their families. Nadia also said that a man is taught from childhood that you are responsible, you have to take care of everyone, in such a situation he forgets to take care of himself, which is a pity.
The actress delved into the societal expectations placed on men, particularly the notion that they should refrain from displaying emotions such as crying.
"'No crying, you must tolerate, you're a man, you cannot cry.' Why? Why can't he cry? Why can't he be worried? Men get worried too," Afgan passionately argued. She highlighted the significant responsibilities men take on and the emotional toll it can have.
