Karachi: On directive from Mayor Karachi Murtaza Wahab, Karachi Water and Sewerage Corporation is taking all possible measures to ensure smooth and equitable pipeline water supply to citizens. Besides efforts were being taken to fix drainage system where necessary. COO Water Corporation Asadullah Khan in meeting with chairmen, vice and councilors led by parliamentary leader KMC PTI Asad Uman and deputy parliamentary leader Sallahuddin assured them of resolve to water and sewer issues.

Delegation informed about water supply and drainage issues being faced by Mominabad Town, Orangi Town and Korangi Town areas and asked for early resolve.

COO directed concerned officials to take steps for resolution of issues on priority. He said that together with UC and town chairmen, civic issues will be solved and better facilities will be ensured.

Muhammad Hanif Baloch, Zafar Palijo, Aftab Alam Chandio, Sikandar Zardari and relevant officers were present.
