Waqar Mehdi seeks end to charged parking from PS to II Chundrigar Road

KARACHI: Special Assistant to Sindh Chief Minister Waqar Mehdi said that problems arising from charged parking on road from Peoples’ Square (PS) to II Chundrigar Road should be resolved.

Manifesto of Pakistan Peoples’ Party is to solve peoples’ issues. Problem pointed out by residents of area will be discussed with relevant institutions for resolution, he said during a meeting with Junaid Hanif and Anfal, members of Mahalla Committee Burns Garden Mohammad Bin Qasim Road at Chief Minister House. 

There are residential buildings and business offices on one side and government residence on other side. Collecting car parking from residents has been started. Citizens living in area have also protested against charged parking in residential area. Mehdi said that relevant institutions would be directed to solve issues.
