ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) while summoning evidence of her residing in Islamabad from Ana Ali daughter of Sheikh Danish Ali allegedly involved in violence against a girl in Faisalabad has remarked decision on her protective bail plea will be given on Monday. Petition came up for hearing before a single bench of IHC led by acting Chief Justice Amir Farooq.

Court inquired from counsel of petitioner the case has been registered in Faisalabad.  Court while addressing counsel for petitioner remarked this is injustice on your part that you brought case to Islamabad for bail. Why it happens so that whenever FIR is lodged petitioner comes to Islamabad. On record temporary and permanent address is recorded of Faisalabad. Faisalabad is only written on petition with hand. Counsel for petitioner told court petitioner is residing with her mother in Islamabad.

Court inquired if she is living in Islamabad then as to why wrong address has been mentioned.  Court while expressing annoyance with counsel for petitioner remarked you are people who try to downgrade law. Court inquired from girl is she residing in Islamabad. Petitioner told court she is residing in Islamabad since August 9.  You have to prove you are residing in Islamabad since what period. You want to say that you are in Islamabad before lodging of FIR. If you have no relevance with girl subjected to violence then why FIR has been lodged.  Counsel for petitioner told court petitioner is outside Punjab therefore, case was registered in FIR.  Court inquired, “You are in Islamabad since how long and where you are studying.”

Counsel for petitioner told court petitioner is studying in Faisalabad. Her mother has obtained Khulla from her father. Therefore, they are living separately.  Court remarked no one levels allegation against any one. There is something on basis of which allegation will be leveled. You may have come to Islamabad on a visit and you thought bail should be obtained from court.   Court ordered petitioner to present evidence in court on Monday that grandmother and mother of petitioner are settled in Islamabad. Court while seeking evidence adjourned hearing of case till Monday.
