KARACHI: Sindh Health Care Commission (SHCC) in operations against quackery in District Central sealed ten illegal clinics under violating rules of Commission and nine clinics were booked under SHDC Act and Regulation 2017. Inspection and enforcement teams of Anti-Quackery Directorate under Section US 39A (H), issued legal notices to illegal clinics and non-compliance with Commission’s rules.

Around 15 clinics found were following SHCC Act and Regulation 2017. These activities are result of joint efforts of Deputy Commissioner and Administrator Central District Taha Saleem and Health Care Commission. On other hand, similar operations have been planned by SHCC in other cities of Sindh with support of respective deputy commissioners. Support of media is also solicited and in this regard fake news are also being investigated under fact-finding mission.
