Verdict on ‘Practice and Procedure case’ likely to come today

ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) verdict on ‘Practice and Procedure case’ is likely to be issued today while arrangements for third hearing of case have been completed.

Hearing will be broadcasted live through official TV and bench has also been formed in this regard.

Justice Sardar Tariq Masood, Justice Ijazul Ahsan, Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah, Justice Munib Akhtar, Justice Yahya Afridi, Justice Aminuddin Khan, Justice Syed Mazahar Ali Akbar. Justice Jamal Khan Mandokhel, Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar, Justice Ayesha A. Malik, Justice Athar Minullah, Justice Syed Hasan Azhar Rizvi, Justice Shahid Waheed and Justice Musrat Hilali in 15-member full court bench of Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa

Chief Justice Qazi Faizisai has also said that verdict will be made after hearing three lawyers. He has also asked for lawyers for preparations. Full court bench headed by Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa will hear case.
