Vandalism case: ATC grants bail to Fawad, Hammad

LAHORE: An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) granted interim bail to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leaders Fawad Chaudhry and Hammad Azhar in case pertaining to violence against police and vandalism.
As per details, anti-terrorism court ordered PTI leaders to include themselves in investigation. Court also summoned record from Investigation officer on next hearing. Interim bail of PTI leaders Fawad Chaudhry and Hammad Azhar was granted till April 13 against surety bonds worth Rs 100,000 each.
PTI counsel Babar Awan told court that he is filing new bail pleas in court, at this the judge said once court hear old pleas then new bail pleas will be filed. Earlier, Islamabad police registered case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan and other party leaders for attacking, vandalising, and damaging judicial complex during former premier appearance.
According to FIR, leaders of “political party” were leading mob, adding that they provoked people, which led to vandalism.
