Karachi: Boxer Usman Wazir, the winner of the welterweight category of the World Boxing Organization, met Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tesuri at the Governor's House. In the meeting, the promotion of boxing, Pakistan's performance in international competitions and other issues were discussed.

On this occasion, Governor Sindh said that he congratulates Pakistan on making the name of Pakistan famous at the international level. He further said that the government will ensure initiatives for the promotion of boxing as the youth of Pakistan are talented and need better training. World welterweight category winner Usman Wazir told Governor Sindh that I am happy that Pakistan became the champion in this category.
