Ushna's argument is based on premise that even those who are allegedly guilty of crime should not be pushed to extremes if crime does not warrant it. She defended her right to her own opinion and refused to apologise for it.

Actress also mentioned backlash she received for her wedding ceremony, where she faced criticism for wearing an "Indian style lehenga" and dancing at her own wedding. She concluded her note by stating that she would not sell out her conscience and urged others to consider impact of their actions on social media
