Today, the news is being discussed a lot that the activities of the banned TTP in Mianwali and Chakwal are increasing at a very fast pace and if strict action is not taken immediately, this fire will have the capacity to burn a lot.

It is being believed that this fact will definitely be clear to the powerful circles of Pakistan and they will also be preparing a strategy to act on it.  Because there are also reports of disagreements regarding the Afghan Taliban. When about a month ago, the news came out that the Afghan Taliban leader Mullah Haibatullah, using his powers, limited the powers of the Afghan Minister of  Interior, the Minister of Defense and the head of the Afghan Taliban's intelligence agency, and reduced or practically eliminated the powers of these three regarding military equipment.

So, the truth began to be felt in the news that has been circulating in diplomatic circles for some time now that the differences between the Afghan Taliban emir and some other Afghan Taliban leaders have increased to such an extent that it is not limited to just mutual talks or exchanges of views. Rather, the Afghan Taliban emir has begun to understand that he should convey a clear message to everyone that he has complete control over his authority and the internal affairs of the Taliban and if it is felt from someone's behavior that he has reservations or dissenting views on some policies, it does not affect his authority in any way.  And by abolishing the powers of the Interior Minister, he also made it clear that he can take any decision regarding the Haqqani Network or anyone else whenever he wants. The anaysts have mentioned the Haqqani Network because for some time now, there has been an impression that the Afghan Taliban's Interior Minister Siraj Haqqani disagrees with the Afghan Taliban's emir Mullah Haibatullah's style of governance and the policies adopted on many issues. By the way, the names of Afghan Taliban Foreign Minister Muttaqi, Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Stanikzai, Deputy Prime Minister Mullah Baradar and Mullah Yaqoob are also mentioned among those who have dissenting opinions, but all of these individuals have adopted a very cautious attitude towards their dissenting opinions and seem to avoid expressing them publicly, but Siraj Haqqani even adopts a somewhat public approach to it.

By the way, he is being identified in that he is expressing disagreement with the restrictions imposed by the Afghan Taliban on women to pursue medical education, but this is only a symbolic disagreement.  Or, to put it another way, this disagreement is not very important, but from Siraj Haqqani's point of view, there are many issues that need to be reviewed and the Afghan Taliban emir is not even ready to talk about it. It is being stated that Mullah Haibatullah is looking at improving relations with Iran and believes that Iran can be made completely positive or at least neutral towards the Afghan Taliban, but Siraj Haqqani has hardline views on Iran.  Then, Mullah Haibatullah does not share the same views on the strategy of dealing with ISIS, the Islamic State of Khorasan Province, nor do they consider his Pakistan policy to be correct. He is also taking advantage of his position in which he is seen as a symbol of peace under the historical rivalry between the Durrani and Ghilzai Pashtuns, and this is of extraordinary importance for the Afghan Taliban.

Siraj Haqqani expressed his views at an event a few days ago very boldly when the Afghan Taliban's Education Minister  Nadeem, while giving a speech before him, used very harsh language for the opponents of the Afghan Taliban. It is not appropriate to quote Nadeem's words here, but after them, Siraj Haqqani, contrary to  Nadeem's ideas, said in his speech that using such harsh words is not right.  It is our responsibility to educate people under the Islamic system, and if despite this, they adopt any other thinking, it will be because of our narrow-mindedness and weakness. If we pay attention to the Taliban regime, then revealing such a conversation like this shows extraordinary anxiety.  Just a few days ago, Qatar's National Day ceremony was held, the special guest of which was Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif. Qatar's friendship with Pakistan is getting stronger and stronger. Since the Qatari ambassador came to Islamabad, he has been working very hard to further improve the relations between the two countries. Pakistan should also use this friendship of Qatar to improve matters with the Afghan Taliban. TTP, a threat to world peace! The outlawed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has claimed responsibility for the majority of the terrorist incidents that have been seen in the country since the establishment of the Taliban government in Afghanistan.  It has intensified its operations by merging several small terrorist groups.

In the context of this situation, this warning by the Pakistani representative to the United Nations is a moment of reflection for the international community, which states that the TTP, the largest terrorist group operating in Afghanistan, may emerge as an offshoot of Al-Qaeda and pursue an agenda of destabilizing neighboring countries.  Addressing the Security Council, Pakistan’s acting representative Usman Jadoon said that the Afghan border near Pakistan in Afghan territory is a safe haven for the outlawed TTP, consisting of 6,000 fighters, from where there have been several attempts to infiltrate and incidents of firing on Pakistani security personnel.  According to the statement of the Pakistani representative, Pakistan’s security and border officials have seized some modern weapons while combating the cross-border operations of the outlawed TTP.  The Afghan interim government received the funds from the reserves left by foreign forces.  The Pakistani delegate said that the banned TTP, as an offshoot of Al-Qaeda, is acting as an umbrella for other groups and the terrorists receive financial support from our enemy (India). The potential threat of terrorism posed by the banned TTP to Pakistan and other countries in the region needs to be understood.  The international community should adopt a joint strategy in this regard before terrorists get a new opportunity to destroy world peace.

After the withdrawal of the American army from Afghanistan, the two countries had the opportunity to increase the traditional relations, in the comprehensive negotiations held in Doha, the capital of Qatar, the agreement to not allow their territory to be used against each other was implemented.  After that, the Afghans Taliban government has not been able to prove the friendship and brotherhood of the past. Instead of expelling the outlawed TTP from its territory as per the agreement, it has not taken any notice of its terrorist attacks on Pakistan, which has tension has arisen between the two ountries.  Relations of friendship and brotherhood were hit.
