Two former lawmakers from Punjab rejoin PML-N

LAHORE: Two former MNAs from Sarai Alamgir who deserted Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz have rejoined it. Haneef Awan and Jameel Awan held meeting with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif under leadership of Abid Raza Kotla. During meeting, duo announced to re-join PML-N.

Reportedly, Kotla played vital role in bringing estranged politicians back to PML-N fold.

Haneef and Jameel left party when they could not get PML-N ticket during elections. Prime Minister Shehbaz welcomed former MNAs and congratulated them on their rejoining party.
