Terrorism case: ATC approves IK’s interim bail till Oct 31

ISLAMABAD: Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad approved PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s plea for interim bail upto October 31 in terrorism case.  Interim bail has been granted against surety bond of Rs 100,000.

Interim bail plea of Imran Khan came up for hearing before judge Jawad Hassan Abbas here yesterday.  It is pertinent to mention here that Imran Khan has already filed petition in Supreme Court seeking probe into audio leaks matter. 

IHC has given remarks during hearing of Imran Khan’s petition against Election Commission decision on his disqualification that there is bar on contesting election by Imran Khan.
