Teachers’ training key to build best teaching system: Interim CM Baqar

KARACHI: Interim Chief Minister Sindh Justice (retd) Maqbool Baqir said that sustainable development and prosperity of any country depends on best teaching system, better teaching force, more sustainable society will be and teaching graduates. They play real role in development of society.
Addressing Convention 2023 of Government Elementary College of Education, Hussainabad he said that first batch of Hussainabad Teachers Training College has completed graduation process under leadership of Durbin. He said Durban took over college system under Public Private Partnership in 2019 and today we are seeing results of this support in form of first batch’s success.
He said that today these outstanding graduates have not only performed better in studies but also secured positions which are required in competition with entry level banking and medical professionals. Now they can play their full role for promotion of education and Zindagi Trust Government School, Khatun Pakistan and SMB Fatima Jinnah are doing better in education and future architects are being prepared.
Baqir said that teaching profession has given birth to all other professions, education is backbone of any nation’s development. He said that stability and strength of any country depends on its educational manpower, students who graduate here have bright future and full potential to beautify society.
Interim CM said that government schools have become symbol of educational strength where all students are given equal education without any discrimination to maintain balance in society. He said that choosing to study in government schools reflects betterment of society, these graduates will shed light in our education system and have ability to reconstruct Pakistan’s education system through telescope. Caretaker CM expressed his pride that all graduates will be eligible to become government teachers after obtaining their teaching license.
Interim Minister of Education Dr. Rana Hussain, Vice Chancellor of Karachi University Khaled Iraqi, Muhammad Ali Taba, CEO Durbin Salma Memon, Shahzad Rai and Khalid Mehmood participated in event.
