ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court of Pakistan denied media reports alleging scuffle between apex court judges in Judges’ Colony Park.
Denial comes in wake of an alleged report making rounds on social media that two SC judges, reportedly CJP Umar Ata Bandial and Justice Qazi Faez Isa, fell into spat during their walk on evening of April 13. However, SC refuted report in strongest terms and described it as “False, mischievous and malicious”.
“Fake reporting about Judges of Supreme Court of Pakistan is serious violation of law and represents an effort by disaffected elements to diminish dignity of Court and its Hon’ble members,” statement issued by SC reads.
