Strong institutions, competent teachers play crucial role in overall national progress: Sanjrani

ISLAMABAD: Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani underscored crucial role of strong institutions and competent teachers in expediting national progress and prosperity. Speaking at convention ‘Youth-Pivot of National Integration’ organised by Higher Education Commission (HEC), he urged nation to work diligently and said hard work would eventually be rewarded.

He lauded HEC for bringing together diverse group of individuals from across country and acknowledged fact that Pakistan was great country with robust institutions and armed forces.

Drawing on his global perspective due to travels worldwide, Chairman Senate emphasised value of Pakistan’s skilled and hardworking population as compared to nations with profound resources, but lacking similar human capital.

Recognising significant contributions of HEC in establishing universities in Balochistan, he noted positive transformation in the province’s overall narrative and mindset.

He cited examples of progress, including improved infrastructure, electricity and establishment of university in District Chaghi, largest district in Pakistan.

Expressing pride in Balochistan’s development, he called upon youth to actively contribute to nation’s progress and emphasised that every individual was part of governance system, urging them to play vital role in country’s development.

Chairman Senate reminded audience that Pakistan is free and sovereign nation with collective responsibilities. Sanjrani invited HEC to collaborate for organising similar youth convention in Gwadar or Quetta, Balochistan, highlighting importance of engaging youth in shaping nation’s future.
