KARACHI: All strangers working as judges and deciding cases as per their desire and political thinking will never allow Pakistan to progress.

Decision on reserved women and minority seats is another dark stigma on face of judicial system where strangers are acting as judges of Supreme Court even then violating defective oath which has rendered house of justice into den of Injustice. Hashmat Habib President Tehreek-e-Tahaffuz-e-Adlia said with Supreme Court is consistent in announcing judgment inconsistent with Constitution and law and now Supreme Court has legalised horse trading by awarding reserved seats to PTI when neither PTI was party before Supreme Court or claimant of such favour. He said it is dangerous trend to read in Constitution and find Aqama from Panama to send elected PM home and now neither Constitution nor election laws to give decision which reflects liking of decision makers and producing novel decision which has completely against constitutional law dragging sinking judicial system in darkness. In other words amasingly labour room of Supreme Court has delivered baby boy from transgender.

He said 8 judges on face of it appears unable to understand oath and they acted as slaves of their desire, therefore, it is suggested that forthwith prevailing judicial system be abundant and on Islamic principles with clear limitation new system be replaced otherwise Judges expenses burden will close doors of justice and it will be wastage of public exchequer.
