Islamabad: Statements of NAB witnesses could not be recorded even in Tosha Khana reference against founder PTI and Bushra Bibi in Accountability Court Islamabad.

Court adjourned hearing till today due to absence of Defense lawyer Sardar Latif Khosa. Judge of Accountability Court Muhammad Bashir heard Tosha Khana reference against founder PTI and Bushra Bibi in Adiala Jail.

Deputy Prosecutor General NAB Sardar Muzaffar Abbasi, Amjad Parvez, Sohail Arif and Irfan Bhola appeared in court and defense lawyer Sardar Latif Khosa did not appear in court.

Lawyer defense pleaded that Latif Khosa is not available and hearing should be adjourned, on which court adjourned hearing till Saturday.
