Desk Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan made an emotional appeal to his fans during a Netflix event on Monday, asking them to extend the same love and support to his children, Aryan and Suhana Khan, as they pursue their own careers in the film industry.

Shah Rukh Khan, who has been a beloved figure for over three decades, expressed his wish that his children receive at least half of the affection that he has enjoyed throughout his career. Aryan Khan, 27, is set to make his directorial debut with the upcoming Netflix series The BA**DS of Bollywood, while his 24-year-old sister Suhana Khan has already made her acting debut in Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies, released in 2023. Shah Rukh, visibly proud, encouraged his fans to show support for his children, just as they have for him all these years. Reflecting on Aryan’s series, Shah Rukh shared how much he enjoyed watching it, calling it “extremely funny.”

He joked that he had stopped making jokes himself after people often took offense, a legacy he humorously passed down to Aryan. Shah Rukh added, “I told him, ‘Go and make your father proud.’” In his heartfelt statement, Shah Rukh emphasized the importance of showing love and support for his children’s budding careers as they follow in his footsteps.
