KARACHI: Special children's segment will be included in Pakistan Youth Festival organised by Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi today. Children from different schools and colleges will show their skills in painting, acting, dancing and singing.

Results of candidates participating in painting, photography, essay writing, quiz and declamation (Urdu-English) competitions announced today. There will be music concert in which singers including AUJ band will perform. President Arts Council Ahmad Shah announced cash prize of Rs 10,000 to Abdul Hadi for doing excellent beat boxing. He said that youth of other cities including Karachi are actively participating in Festival.

Winners of photography competitions will be awarded prize of Rs 25,000. Festival will feature Battle of Bands, speech, acting, singing and instrument competitions, two special competitions of photography and live painting, while theater workshop will also be held. Performance capped off festival.
