Speaker not issuing my production order: PTI SA member

KARACHI: PTI member of Sindh Assembly and UC chairman Firdous Shamim Naqvi said Speaker is not issuing his production order while he is in jail since one month. He said this in statement issued here.

He held, “I am only voice of my party at present. All others have been disappeared. I want to talk on budget in assembly.” As per Constitution one person can retain only one seat among national assembly, provincial assembly and Senate seats.

Constitution is silent over retaining UC Chairman’s seat along with MNA and MPA seats. He said that officer of election commission on my stance said that if I cast vote then they will deseat me as MPA.
