ISLAMABAD: Power division refuted speculations regarding ending solar net metering policy. Power division spokesperson refuted news regarding ending net metering policy, as fake and baseless.
News channels should have contacted Ministry before airing ‘unverified’ news items, spokesperson said. Awais Leghari clarified that while government is willing to review solar net metering policy if needed, it supports continuation of scheme.
