ISLAMABAD: Caretaker Minister for Information and Broadcasting Murtaza Solangi stressed need to follow guiding principles of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah to resolve problems.

Addressing function in connection with Quaid Day celebrations here, he said Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was an intelligent lawyer who firmly believed in rule of law.

Interim Minister said that solution of complicated issues lies in peaceful political struggle which Quaid demonstrated throughout his political career.

He said Quaid-e-Azam's speech on August 11, 1947 is beacon of light for us. Murtaza Solangi said it is written in preamble of our Constitution that this country will be run by elected representatives.

He expressed his confidence that country will move towards its destination after elections on February 8, 2024.
