Six Sindh-domiciled top officers summoned to establishment division

Karachi:  Six top bureaucrats with Sindh’s domicile, have been directed to report the establishment division, Grade-22 officers Ghulam Nabi Memon, Suhail Rajput, Chief Secretary Azad Kashmir Usman Chachar and Chief Secretary Balochistan Abdul Aziz Uqaili have been directed to report at the establishment division.

Usman Chachar was earlier held the Additional Chief Secretary Sindh’s office and Aziz Uqaili remained the Secretary Education Sindh.

Moreover, Secretary Information Technology Naveed Shaikh has also been relieved from the office and ordered to report the establishment division.

According to sources, postings of new Chief Secretary and I.G.Police of Sindh were unexpected for the People’s Party, the former ruling party of Sindh.

The PPP has also been denied any key portfolio in the provincial caretaker setup, sources said.

Younus Dagha, a former commerce and finance secretary in federal government, who has been given key portfolios of planning, finance, development and revenue in the caretaker setup of Sindh, was not remained in good books with the PPP leadership, People’s Party sources said.
