KARACHI: Jamaat-e-Islami amir Sirajul Haq reached Iran on four-day visit to discuss Palestine situation after Israel’s aggression, party’s spokesperson informed. JI Secretary Information, Qaiser Sharif said Sirajul Haq will meet Iran’s political and religious party leaders during his stay in Tehran. Meetings will focus on Palestinians’ genocide by occupation forces of Israel in Gaza. Sirajul Haq will also attend different programmes meant for unity of Muslim Ummah. Earlier Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman held farewell meeting with Hamas leader Khaled Mashal and others in Qatar.

Meanwhile, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken made surprise visit to Israeli-occupied West Bank to meet Palestinian President Mahmud Abbas.
