PESHAWAR: Jamaat-e-Islami amir Sirajul Haq said that people should support his party to see corruption-free country. Addressing seminar, Sirajul Haq targeted his political opponents and said, “All political parties have been exposed. Pakistan Democratic Movement and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf are fighting each other for sake of power.”

Speaking about situation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sirajul Haq said, “Corruption has increased in KP. Centre has not fulfilled its promises to solve problems faced by KP.”  Earlier, after escaping from bomb blast in Zhob, Mr Haq said that life and death are in hands of Allah. Addressing public gathering, he said, “I am not afraid of death.” Stressing need for education, he said his party wants to see country where every child gets an education.

“I wanted to see peace and prosperity in country. So-called political leaders and generals ruled country,” he maintained.

Highlighting unemployment issues in country, Haq rued, “There is no employment for youth. Country is witnessing an increase in unemployment.”

He underscored problems facing Balochistan, he said, “Unemployment is increasing in Balochistan, which is largest province in terms of all types of minerals.”
