Sindh, KP announce Eid holidays in line with Centre’s decision

KARACHI: Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa governments also notified holidays for Eidul Fitr in line with federal government. According to notifications issued by both provincial governments, provinces will observe Eid holidays from April 21 to April 25 (Friday to Tuesday).

Federal and Punjab government already notified holidays for same dates. Fhe federal government has approved five-day Eid holidays from April 21 to April 25 on recommendation of Cabinet Division.

Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee is set to meet on April 20 for sighting of Eid ul Fitr crescent moon.
