Sindh govt working hard to control crime, drug smuggling: Brig (retd) Haris

Karachi: Caretaker Home Minister Sindh Brigadier (retd) Haris Nawaz said that steps taken by caretaker government hope that elected government will continue this continuity. We have tried hard to control crime as well as to prevent spread of drugs and smuggling. Speaking as chief guest at dinner hosted by Chairperson Sana Aqeel and CEO Raza Waqar in honour of businessmen community on behalf of MKP Corporate Group Pakistan at local hotel, he said that we are going to fulfill promise of conducting clean and transparent elections, we paid special attention to empowering women, number of women in country is 50 percent of total population and in past Pervez Musharraf has appointed women in Parliament. He said that today there is powerful woman in form of Sana Aqeel. He said that we are leaving such suggestions for next elected government which can be implemented and further improvements can be made.
Majyid Aziz said that courageous women like Sana Aqeel are matter of honour for country and it is expected that MKP group will develop further in future in any field, if you work with hard work and dedication, success is guaranteed.
