KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali taking notice of rape with a 10-year-old flood-affected girl has directed police to arrest culprits and took remaining family members of girl in protective care.

“This is totally unacceptable and cannot be forgiven, therefore, I want culprits behind bars immediately,” he told Additional IG Karachi on telephone. Additional IG Karachi Javed Odho told CM that 10-year-girl and her six younger brothers and sisters were living with her mother in vicinity of shrine of Abdullah Shah Ghazi. Originally, family belongs to Shikarpur district.

On Sunday night, two boys forcibly took her in their car and raped her and then left her in same vicinity.
