Karachi: Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori participated in event organised by Help International Welfare Trust on 'uniting against thalassemia for healthier Pakistan'. Consul General of Oman, Consul General of Sri Lanka and also participated in event. Governor presented bouquet to girl suffering from thalassemia. Governor said that there is no better person than one who thinks for others. I pay tribute to entire team for organising event, after seeing such wonderful event, I invite all participants to have dinner at Governor's House and whole day will be at your disposal. He said that I understand feelings of parents present here, I believe that if there is trial in this world then there will be relief in hereafter.
He said time is difficult but you people do not lose heart, emotions are weak. Don't let it happen. Kamran Tessori said that welfare of people is responsibility of government, but we are bound under our system, where mafias have bound country and province.
We have been divided into sects and parties. He said that we have forgotten our children, I know how mothers and sisters are living, how they worry about their children's health, education and employment.
Silence against oppression is also crime. We have to raise voice for our right, which was also advised by our leader Muhammad Ali Jinnah to support truth. I would have given speech written here in which some praise you and some praise me. Five lac people were invited to Governor's House and fifty thousand of them are taking IT course in Governor's House. Bread at designated ovens will be available for 2 rupees, he said. He said, "I will do whatever I can for welfare of people." Earlier, an honorary shield was given to Governor and people from different countries were also present.
