ISLAMABAD: Meeting of Apex Committee of Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) has been changed. According to sources, meeting of apex committee of Special Investment Facilitation Council will be held on Wednesday. Prime Minister Anwaarul-Haq Kakar will preside over meeting of Apex Committee.

Meeting will be attended by civil and military officials, meeting will review investment measures and approve projects related to agriculture, minerals, mining, energy and IT.

Meeting of Apex Committee on law and order situation is also scheduled. According to sources, meeting of Apex Committee will be held on October 3 at Prime Minister’s House. Military officials including Army Chief will participate in meeting.

Sources said that briefing will be given on ongoing peace and order situation in country in apex committee meeting.

Incidents of terrorism including Mustang will also be briefed. Sources further said that implementation of previous decisions will be informed in apex committee meeting.
