Shujaat dismisses Kamil Agha from party on supporting Elahi

Lahore: Chief of Pakistan Muslim League (Q), Chaudhry Shujaat dismissed party leader Kamil Ali Agha, who allegedly supported Parvez Elahi group, from post of Secretary General of Punjab. Basic membership of party was also abolished. Tariq Bashir Cheema, member of Shujaat Group said that he is writing to Senate Chairman to terminate Kamil Ali Agha’s Senate membership as well.

According to notification issued by Q-League Central Secretary General Tariq Bashir Cheema, Kamil Ali Agha’s party membership has been terminated and he has also been removed from post of Provincial Secretary General. Notification states that nomination of Kamil Ali Agha as Senator is also declared null and void.  Q-League has also decided to write letter to Election Commission of Pakistan to remove Kamil Ali Agha from Senate seat.
