KARACHI: Shamoona Sadaf assumed charge of Municipal Commissioner Baldia Central under Local Government Order No. SLGB/SCUG/AO/Admin/GEN/2023/612 June 1, 2023. After assuming position, officers of Central Municipality congratulated Shamoona Sadaf on assuming post of Municipal Commissioner and presented bouquets.

She was holding position of Director of Advertisement in Central Municipality, while Shamoona Sadaf has also served as Director of Sanitation, Director of Information, Director of Administration and Director of Taxation in Central Municipality. She said that according to vision of administrator of Central Municipality Taha Saleem, making district a model district and providing municipal facilities and pleasant environment to people are among top priorities.

Shamoona instructed officers to improve performance of their departments and ensure 100 percent attendance of employees. She said that speed of providing public services and municipal facilities should be accelerated. All departments of Central Municipality should solve public problems by strengthening mutual communication.
