Security Forces gunned down four terrorists in Hoshab IBO: ISPR

RAWALPINDI: At least four terrorists were killed in an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in Balochistan’s Hoshab quoting Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR). According to military’s media wing, security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation (IBO) on hideouts of terrorists in Hoshab. During exchange of fire, four terrorists were killed, ISPR added.
33 Statement noted that huge quantity of weapons and ammunition were also recovered in IBO. It is pertinent to mention here that country’s law and order situation has worsened over past few months, with terrorist groups like outlawed Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan executing attacks on law enforcement agencies (LEAs) across country.
Earlier on December 31, Pakistan Army soldier embraced martyrdom while four terrorists was killed during an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in general area of Jani Khel in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa’s Bannu district. “During exchange of fire, four terrorists were killed while 25-year-old Sepoy Muhammad Waseem embraced martyrdom,” ISPR said. Meanwhile, security forces recovered cache of arms and ammunition from terrorists. “Killed terrorist remained actively involved in terror activities against security forces and killing of citizens,” statement added.
