KARACHI: Supreme Court (SC) is wasting time knowing its judicial authority; neither could they declare military justice illegal nor release Imran Khan. At most they can ask government to provide 2nd appeal. Military Justice guarantees fair trial to all person as provided under Article 10-A of Constitution.

Hashmat Habib President Tehreek-e-Tahafuz-e-Adlia (TTA) said abusive style of Imran Khan’s legal team is enough to reject application but Justice Demand expeditious decision which is obvious as provided by law and practice in case where 3 years simple imprisonment is awarded and any young lawyer can handle this case successfully.  He said that session court’s decision is like mosquito in nose of Nimrod and now release of Imran Khan even in suspension of sentence will not open prison’s door as his arrest in other cases will remain hurdle on its way because of his defense counsels. Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Amir Farooq can adopt three ways out in Imran Khan case including fixation of suspension application along with main appeal although it is too late to suspend imprisonment of Imran Khan.

He said Imran Khan should wait instead of exaggerating unfair media pressure which is mainly due to publicity of idiots. He said Zulfikar Ali Bhutto had boycotted criminal trial which dragged him to hanging. Similarly on account of media campaign and facilitation by likeminded judges may drag Imran Khan to military justice for his complete ouster.
