ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) will hear PTI petition regarding restoration of election symbol bat on January 10. Court summoned PTI leader Hamid Khan during hearing of PTI petition regarding level playing field.

Upon it he came on rostrum. Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa asked Hamid Khan should his petition be not fixed tomorrow. Hamid Khan requested to fix petition for today. CJP remarked there is 9-member bench today too and special bench as well. Hamid Khan said our priority is today, Otherwise it be fixed for January 10. CJP inquired has he come against decision or it is petition of 3/184. Hamid Khan said we have come in SC against Peshawar High Court decision in 3/185. CJP remarked if matter has not to go to judges committee then it is fixed for January 10. Court fixed case for hearing on January 10.
