SC 9-member larger bench to hear ZAB presidential reference today

ISLAMABAD: 9-member larger bench headed by Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa will hear Zulfikar Bhutto presidential reference on January 8 (today).
Notices have also been issued to parties for this.
On other hand, last week, Peoples’ Party submitted 108-page written response to presidential reference against death sentence of former Prime Minister Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto in Supreme Court.
Lawyer Farooq H. Naik submitted to Supreme Court on behalf of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. Written reply includes references to various books and also details of interview of former Chief Justice Naseem Hasan Shah.
Along with USB and CD of interview of Chief Justice Naseem Hasan Shah, transcripts of said interview in English and Urdu have also been submitted.
