Saudi Arabia Ambassador gives big offer to Pakistan Cricket Team

 LAHORE: Nawaf bin Said Al-Malki, Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to Pakistan on Sunday, announced that the Green Shirts would be invited as the royal guests on Hajj next year if they managed to clinch the ICC T20 World Cup 2024 trophy.

Al-Malki wished the Pakistan cricket team well in a video message shared by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). “My message to my brothers of the Pakistan cricket team is that God willing, you will win this tournament,” Maliki said. “The Pakistani people will celebrate the team’s success in the World Cup.” “I am also praying for Pakistan’s prosperity and development. After winning the ICC T20 World Cup 2024, the Pakistani team will be the royal guest on Hajj next year.” The Green Shirts will start their ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 campaign against the USA on June 6 before taking on arch-rivals India in a blockbuster clash on June 9 at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York. The 2009 champions will then take on Canada on June 11 before locking horns with Ireland in their last group-stage fixture on June 16.
