SAPM stresses need to develop efficient labour management, information systems

ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to Prime Minister Shaza Fatima Khawaja stressed need to develop efficient labour management and information systems to eliminate gaps between our youth and enablers.
Speaking at ‘All Stakeholders Policy Dialogue’ event organised by SDGs Secretariat of National Assembly in collaboration with British Council Pakistan at Pakistan Institute of Parliamentary Services Shaza Fatima stated that incumbent government plans to reconnect with 150 million population of Pakistan, youth bulge as they are driving force of entire 220 million population.
She reiterated, “We need to develop efficient labour management and information systems to eliminate structural issues and gaps between our youth and enablers. We also need to devise five years and ten years management plans so market forces and youth have roadmap for constructive future.”
Participants of event held consultation with stakeholders and produced conclusive policy briefs for government to mainstream youth voices and their demands in policy making.
