Sanam Saeed, biggest and most intelligent stars has always managed to do uplifting and intelligent content and stay away from mindlessness and people love her work and style.

Speaking for British Asian Trust which works to provide help for mental health, actress raised awareness in an interview with journalist Aamna Haider Isani and also spoke about how times have changed and what is contributing to increased divorces in country.

She pointed out some positive evolution we have seen in women's rights and how it has helped them to protect themselves better. She said that today women are more financially independent and know their rights.

This was not practice in past and women mostly were dependent on men for their financial needs. Many times they did not have another support even if they were in toxic relationships.

This has changed now and girls stand up for themselves which has also contributed towards increased percentage of divorces.
