In Lahore, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) activist Sanam Javed has been placed on a two-day judicial remand due to her alleged connection to the Zaman Park case. After considering arguments from both sides,
the court decided to send PTI activist Sanam Javed to jail for a two-day period. Following this remand, Magistrate Shabbir Ahmed ordered the relevant authorities to present her before the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) upon the completion of the remand period.
Notably, Sanam Javed was re-arrested shortly after her release from Kot Lakhpat Jail, as her name had been linked to the Zaman Park case in Lahore. The First Information Report (FIR) against her accuses her of involvement in an attack on a police party.
