Saheefa Jabar Khattak is very successful model, broke into business as name to be recognised and she hasn't looked back since. Later, she shifted her focus to dramas and performed several serials back-to-back.

Saheefa primarily produced dramas with strong social theme in which female lead experiences lot of hardship. She performed in plays such as Teri Meri Kahani, Bhool and Beti. But she abruptly ceased making appearances on television and she has been virtually absent from dramas for past 2.5 years. Saheefa revealed that only roles she was given were those of mother or damsel in distress. She recalled acting as an independent woman who had just returned from UK and was mistreated by her husband but yet chose to stay with him in one drama. She stopped signing new scripts because she could simply handle it no longer.
