Saeed Ghani reviews arrangements for PPP’s foundation day gathering at Nishtar Park

KARACHI: Sindh Labour Minister Saeed Ghani on visit to Nishtar Park reviewed arrangements for public meeting being organised on November 30 to mark 'Youm-e-Tasees' of Pakistan Peoples' Party. He along with Special Assistant to Chief Minister  and General Secretary Sindh Waqar Mehdi and others inspected stage, media enclosure and entry and exit points.

Saeed Ghani said that public gathering would be historic assembly for people. He said that November 30 was day of poor, workers, labourers and farmers of Pakistan as Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto laid foundation of  Party  in 1967 for rights of oppressed and neglected segments of society. He said and that after 55 years sapling planted by Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto had become large shade tree for people of country. Waqar Mehdi informed that arrangements for foundation day public gathering were in full swing by divisional chapter of PPP Karachi Division.

Stage being built for public gathering would be 80 feet long, 40 feet wide and 10 feet high while lighting, media enclosure, separate entrance for women and thousands of chairs would also be arranged for participants, he said.
