Real estate sector among backbone of economy: Mohsin Sheikhani

Karachi: Grand launch by cutting ribbon of new project ‘Rana Presidency’ at Gulistan-e-Johar on University Road was performed by Rana Ghulam Yaseen, ABAD Patron-in-Chief Mohsin Sheikhani, Chairman Muhammad Altaf Tai, KCCI President Tariq Yusuf and Chief Executive Officer Rana Presidency Muhammad Akram Rana. 

Sheikhani said that real estate industry is backbone of country’s economy. Due to overly increase in population in Karachi, increase in residential projects is need of hour.  Altaf Tai said that Rana Presidency is located at prime location of city which includes modern facilities.  Tariq Yusuf said that government should provide facilities in approval of maps and other matters for development of real estate industry. Millions of people are employed in this and allied industry. 

Akram Rana said that project will help in providing modern living facilities to citizens. There will be no compromise on quality. Hassan Rana, Fahad Rana, Habib Rana, Nasir Lakhani, Anees Lakhani, Zeeshan Saleem Zaki, Dr. Talha, Younis Lakhani, Abdul Majeed Aziz, Muhammad Alam Sheikh, Sultan Adia, Muhammad Anwar Rana, Hanif Memon, Hakeem Shah, Gulfam, Javed Hanif, Tahir Noorani, well-known traders and others were present.
