‘Rangers, District West Police nab wanted suspects in combing operation’

Karachi: Joint targeted combing/search operation of District West Police and Rangers took place in Irani Camp within Mominabad Police Station limits resulting into the arrest of 30 most wanted suspects, including fugitives.

Two suspects were wanted in police encounter and anti-terrorism cases registered at Mominabad Police Station. Three hand grenades, two pistols with ammunition, more than five kg of hashish, ice, crystal heroin and four stolen/stolen motorcycles were recovered from accused. Before operation, all entrances and exits of area were completely cordoned off and sealed by the LEAs.      Accused were arrested from targeted houses/warehouses/places of Iranian camp with help of biometric detection device.

Heavy contingent of police and Rangers under supervision of SSP District West and Wing Commander Rangers Sindh performed duties.
